I made cute little crocheted bunny and ducky Easter egg covers for gifts to give to my Sunday school class (a bunch of 8 and 9 year-olds) . Don't tell anyone, but the bunnies were supposed to have little pom pom tails, but I ran out of time. This isn't really a problem when there's candy in the enclosed egg, but when the egg is empty the bunny ears make it a bit top heavy. With no pom pom tail to act as a kick stand the poor thing just topples over. Oops!
